Mixed use development comprising commercial space and 25 residential apartments, roof terrace, associated facilities and 2 levels of basement carparking.
The project followed a Design and Construct with novation procurement.
Sustainability: 4 star Green Star building rating + NatHERS 6.5-7.5.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting the D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping Schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
