Project Overview
Project Description
New multi-purpose health facility, accommodating a mental health hospital and allied health services. The mental health hospital will provide services for privately insured patients aged 18 + with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and those with comorbid drug and alcohol disorders. The centre will provide both inpatient and outpatient services.
The project followed a traditional lump sum tender procurement.
Sustainability: Green initiatives – 5 Star Green Star.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A technical specification, reflecting the procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
