Project Description
New building for the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility, including labs, exhibition and performance spaces, conference, work space, loading docks and a cold shell office area.
The project followed a Design and Construct procurement.
Sustainability: 5-star Green Star Buildings rating.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting a D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping Schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
Points of Interest
Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
