Project Description
Mix of new development and refurbishment work consisting of the expansion of parking zones and access to hospital, new main entry, expansion of ED/OR’s, expansion of the existing daffodil cottage, general health spaces and facilities
The project followed a GC21 procurement route delivered as a performance-based single specification.
Sustainability: Best practice benchmarked to Greenstar As-built V1.3.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting the GC21 procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
Points of Interest
Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
