Project Description
Staged construction with 2 phases. 2A consists of a new 8-storey building and stage 2B consists of a new 10-storey building. Buildings to house research and support accommodation, commercial space, education spaces and research labs.
The project followed a Traditional procurement.

Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A materials and workmanship specification, reflecting the Traditional procurement route.
– A comprehensive Finishes Schedule.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
Points of Interest
Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
