Project Description
Social housing project comprising 248 apartments across 2 buildings of 15 and 20 storeys.
The project followed a Design and Construct procurement with novation (phased delivery).
Sustainability: 5 star Greenstar and 7 star NatHERS.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting a D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps
Points of Interest
Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
