Project Description
Retirement Living development – 5 buildings and single site-wide basement (2 levels) consisting of approx. 200 units, 6-8 storeys, plus indoor pool, health and wellness, clubhouse facilities.
The project followed a Design and Construct procurement.
Sustainability: Section J and Basix.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting the D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Finishes Schedule.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
– A Door Schedule to cover door type specifics, and operational requirements such as security, fire rating, and acoustic requirements.
Points of Interest
Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
