Mixed use development comprising 3 x new buildings (Buildings B, C & D) and 3 x heritage buildings (Buildings E, F & G), including retail, food + beverage, commercial and hotel functions, with associated basement parking and amenities
The project followed a Design and Construct procurement.
Sustainability: 5-star Green Star Buildings rating, Nabers 5.5 to new buildings.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting the D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping Schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
Points of Interest
Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
