Project Description
New build, including 4 levels of basement carpark with ground level retail, level 1 commercial and 7 levels of apartments and a rooftop communal pool area. 32,500m2 of floor area + 16,000m2 of basement carpark.
The project followed a Design and Construct procurement.
Services Provided
Earlymark utilised our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting the D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Finishes Schedule.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.
