A new 45-story tower and restoration of the existing building, delivering:
– 4 levels Co-working space and conference area
– 10 levels of Hotel facilities
– 22 levels of commercial office
– 4 levels of basement car-parking with EOT facilities and bicycle parking
– Retail space including supermarket, small retail, F&B and BOH
The project followed a Design and Construct procurement (including ECI process and staging of the works).
Sustainability: 5/6-star Green Star Buildings rating, WELLs Silver rating.

Earlymark utilized our online Specsuite as a central point to prepare the following:
– A performance specification, reflecting the D&C procurement route.
– A comprehensive Scoping schedule to align with the Architect’s Master Schedule and Drawings.
– A Submittals Schedule to track the required QA/QC steps.

Earlymark cross-checked the Architect’s material selections as part of our in-house QA procedures and provided feedback indicating potential errors, contradictions, or concerns. Our Research Team were able to provide alternative materials, where required, for the Architect’s selection.
